安徽農業大學農學院小麥組,是農業部黃淮南部小麥生物學與遺傳育種重點實驗室。在國內較早的開展了高分子麥谷蛋白亞基在小麥品質改良中的應用以及低多酚氧化酶小麥品種資源篩選及遺傳分析研究,先后承擔了科技支撐計劃、國家自然科學基金、國家“863”計劃、農業部行業科技專項、省重大科技專項等30多項科技項目。先后育成了新安農2號、皖麥33、41、42、48、安農0305、安農0711、安農1124、安農1012、安農1019、皖麥68、安農大WH2012-6等國審、省審小麥新品種。所屬學科為作物遺傳育種,研究方向為作物品種改良和作物分子育種。

主要研究領域:
1.小麥優質、高產、抗逆等重要性狀的分子基礎研究:針對黃淮麥區南片及長江中下游麥區的生態特點,以優質、高產、多抗、高效等為研究重點開展相關生理生化機制、分子機制的研究,發掘相關功能基因,開發有效的基因標記用于分子育種和種質材料創新。
2.小麥優質、高產、抗逆育種材料篩選及種質創新:在現有育種材料的基礎上,常規育種與分子鑒定相結合,篩選和創制一批優質、高產、耐漬、抗穗發芽、養分高效利用、抗主要病蟲害的優異小麥育種材料,豐富小麥育種資源。
3.小麥新品種選育及育種理論創新:利用生理選擇技術、抗性鑒定技術、品質分析技術、養分利用分析技術和分子標記技術,常規育種方法與分子育種手段相結合,開展優質、高產、抗逆、高效小麥新品種選育研究,培育出適合于我省淮北麥區及長江中下游麥區大面積種植的小麥新品種。同時,育種過程中積極開展先進育種理論的研究,促進現代小麥育種理論的突破。
4.新品種高效栽培技術體系研發:根據新品種農藝性狀、適應性、抗逆性、產量水平等特點,研發高效的配套技術體系,良種良法配套技術研究,并進行推廣和應用,提高新品種的生產效益。

上海凈信多樣品組織研磨儀Tissuelyser-24研磨小麥種子實驗步驟:
1.準備不銹鋼離心管,MM研磨珠,
2.將需要研磨的樣品放入準備好的研磨罐中,加入幾顆研磨珠,蓋好蓋子;
3.將裝有組織樣品的離心管加入裂解液,再放入適配器上。
4.將適配器裝入凈信研磨儀中;
5.設定時間,啟動儀器至研磨程序結束,可得到如圖所示樣品。
